To begin the experience we start with a powerful discovery call to determine your desired outcome from the process. 

Using hypnosis, I will guide you to a deep relaxed state. We will access your subconscious mind, to pinpoint the first time you formed any limiting beliefs.

With the help of RTT, we change the interpretation of past events and establish new beliefs that align with your values and desires.

After the session you will receive a bespoke recording to listen to for 21 days. The tailored recording installs new thought patterns, supporting your new beliefs.
