Empowerment Coaching for Secondary Schools

​As an experienced empowerment coach, I specialise in working with schools and educators to foster emotional intelligence among secondary students.

​

My approach focuses on the profound connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, equipping students with the tools they need to navigate their personal and academic lives effectively.
 

What I Offer:

  • Emotional Intelligence Workshops: Engaging sessions that help students understand and manage their emotions, leading to improved relationships and academic performance.

  • Thought Awareness Training: Strategies to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, empowering students to cultivate a positive mindset.

  • Breath-work Techniques: Practical tools that students can use to reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve overall well-being.

 

By integrating these essential skills into their daily lives, students will not only thrive academically but also develop self-belief, resilience and self-awareness.​
