With over 13 years of experience in the classroom, I deeply understand both the rewards and the pressures of teaching. While education can be incredibly fulfilling, it often comes with high levels of stress, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion. At the same time, students today are navigating intense pressure to succeed, belong, and be accepted — leading to rising levels of anxiety, stress, and disconnection.
