Mother & Daughter Wellbeing Workshop
Connected. Confident. Thriving.
Time & Location

About the event
The teenage years can be both beautiful and challenging.
As young people navigate friendships, social media, identity, school pressures, and growing independence, many experience self-doubt, anxiety, overwhelm, and a loss of confidence. At the same time, mothers and caregivers are often trying to support their daughters while navigating the changing dynamics of their relationship.
This workshop has been thoughtfully designed to create a space where both mothers and daughters can pause, reconnect, learn practical wellbeing tools, and strengthen their relationship together.
Through engaging discussions, practical activities, and meaningful conversations, you'll leave feeling more connected, understood, and equipped with tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
